Scientists in Oregon have discovered a type of seaweed, called DULSE, that tastes like bacon when it's fried. Furthermore, this miraculous kelp has TWICE the nutritional value as kale and is packed with protein to help build muscle! It might even be "the most productive protein source int he world," according to one OSU Scientist.
