Ice Bubbles

This is so cool! (haha, get it??)
A Canadian man from Calgary created the perfect recipes to blow ice bubbles, so now you can try it at home!  Thanksgiving is supposed to warm up a bit, but it has been freezing out every morning (and in the classroom!).  The seasons are changing (we'll study this next in science), and the air is cooling drastically.  You'll soon be able to experiment with ice bubbles on your own!

Here's the Recipe:

  • 7 oz. of warm water
  • 1.2 oz. of corn syrup
  • 1.2 oz. of dish soap
  • 2 Tbsp. of sugar
Directions: mix together and then chill in the freezer.

PLEASE TAKE PICTURES AND VIDEOS! Post them here or share with me, so I can add them to this blog.

Good luck and HAVE FUN WITH SCIENCE!
